Thanks to a new concept in Pittsburgh, Insider Eats, I learned about Flavors of Puerto Rico. This local restaurant (located at 160 Brownsville Rd), serves up traditional hot meals, sandwiches, amazing empanadas and more. There are a handful of vegan & vegetarian options too!
